This time I woke up before sunrise. In the night it had become quite cold and I woke up from the eternal cough of a man, who would not make it much longer judging by the cough. I was content with a meager laundry and went with my stuff one floor down into an already opened cafe. Here I could enjoy again the decent Moroccan coffee which has a decent caffeine content. I was with my winter clothing on the way and nevertheless it was already quite cold. After the coffee I went to a shop and got some flat bread and cheese for the trip to Tiznit and on to Sidi Ifni.

I awoke around 0800 from the loud quake of the waves that hit the rocks in front of me. I freshened up, had slept very well and the evening pseudosalmonella attack was no longer felt. In the community shower there was enough warm water, so that I could warm up a little after the quite cool night, especially since nobody was to be seen further in the hotel and all the more not in the corridor. Of course there was no light in the shower, but I had candles with me. Additionally I showered a set of clothes, because with two sets of clothes I had to think ahead.

That day I got up early again. Meanwhile I had covered 500 km in the country mostly by bus. Today it should go 200 km further into the Anti-Atlas to Tafraoute. I had to bring the moped back before and to clarify the journey, which however could not be clarified actually, but had to happen spontaneously. I took another photo of my terrace in Legzira, showered abundantly with warm water and went to fetch the moped. That stood also still as I had turned it off. I also took a photo of it, because I won’t have the opportunity to be at such a place with a moped again, especially since the picture looks pretty. On the luggage rack you can also see the reserve liter of fuel in the plastic bottle, which I luckily did not have to touch although I always drove full throttle and my empty drink bottle.

After sunrise, I made up my mind for the day. I grabbed my stuff and went down to pay. The hotel had a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast was included in the hotel price. That was something completely new. So I sat down on the terrace, which was directly on a corner between the street and the wadi. There was typical coffee, in addition flat bread, jam and butter. I went comfortably on the further journey. I thought about finding a bus or a taxi directly to Taroudant. Meanwhile the sun was warming a bit more. After paying I finally went directly to the place where I got off the day before. Here there were some taxis but no buses. I sat somewhere in the corner and watched the whole thing for a while. Somehow not much happened.

Due to the disturbances of the night I woke up again quite early, made myself clear so far, checked out and went back to the square. I must not forget to mention that in the meantime I had brought a strict order into all my things in order not to forget anything, to get it stolen or to have to search for a long time. So packed I went to the market to drink coffee. Here was somehow still nothing going on. So I sat for a while with coffee and cigarettes and studied the rest of the route.
