Saguaro National Park is a protected desert landscape located in southern Arizona, surrounding the city of Tucson. The park is dedicated to the preservation of the saguaro cactus, an iconic symbol of the American Southwest that is native to the Sonoran Desert. The park is divided into two separate districts on the eastern and western sides of Tucson, offering contrasting desert environments.
