After an absence of four years I visited Morocco again. But this time we were on the road together. Besides, we had far more budget for the trip than the last time, where for some reason I was very cost-conscious, so that at that time I partly stayed overnight for 5€ and this time we had a border of 50€. At that time I was mostly with bus and taxi on the way, this time we indulged in the luxury of a rental car which should not be underestimated. The reasons for the journey were above all the hoped for unique flair, as well as the possibility to drive through a grandiose landscape and to see. The first two nights we stayed in a pre-booked riad in the medina of Marakesch. Then we drove over the Tizn Test Pass to Taroudant and on to Legzira, Tafraout, Ouarzazate, Zagora, Mhamid, Merzouga, Dadesschlucht and back to Marrakesch. On the way back we spent two nights in Barcelona.
